Senders are anonymous by default. Recipients cannot see who messaged them through the app experience.
Flag any message with one tap. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours.
Automated systems scan for hate speech, harassment, and harmful content before it reaches your inbox.
Block senders, mute specific message types, or pause your inbox entirely — you're always in control.
Real people review flagged content. Repeat violators are permanently banned.
We cooperate fully with legal authorities when there is a credible threat of harm.
PingXO was built to enable honest, fun, anonymous interaction — but never at the cost of someone's wellbeing. We believe that anonymous expression is a positive force when paired with strong safety guardrails.
Our safety approach has three layers: proactive content filtering before delivery, reactive moderation when content is reported, and legal cooperation in serious cases.
The following content is strictly prohibited on PingXO and will result in account suspension or permanent ban:
Zero tolerance: CSAM and credible violent threats are reported to law enforcement immediately, regardless of context or the account's history.
PingXO requires users to be at least 13 years old. We take extra precautions to protect younger users:
If you believe a minor is being harassed or exploited on PingXO, report it immediately using the in-app report button or by emailing safety@PingXO.com.
You can block specific senders (identified by device fingerprint) so they cannot send you future messages. You can also enable keyword filters to automatically hide messages containing certain words or phrases.
You can temporarily disable your PingXO link at any time. While paused, no new messages can be sent to you.
Delete any message from your inbox at any time. Deleted messages are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.
Tap the flag icon on any message to report it. You can report for harassment, hate speech, spam, self-harm content, or other reasons. We review all reports.
