The rules of the road for using PingXO.
Plain English summary: Use PingXO to send and receive fun, honest anonymous messages. Don't use it to harass, threaten, or harm others. Be at least 13 years old. We can suspend accounts that break these rules. That's the gist — but please read the full terms below.
By accessing or using PingXO ("the Service", "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and PingXO ("we", "us", "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use PingXO. By creating an account or sending a message, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PingXO. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
By using PingXO, you represent and warrant that:
You may sign up using a valid email address or via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account, and to update that information to keep it accurate.
Creating multiple accounts to evade bans, bypass restrictions, or game the platform is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being terminated.
Notify us immediately at support@PingXO.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.
PingXO is a platform for fun, honest, and creative anonymous interaction. Permitted uses include:

Serious violations — including CSAM, credible violent threats, and doxxing — are reported to law enforcement and result in immediate, permanent account termination with no appeal.
You retain ownership of any content you create on PingXO (your profile, responses, shared messages). By posting content on PingXO, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the Service.
PingXO, its logo, design, features, and all platform content created by us are owned by PingXO and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
If you submit feedback, ideas, or suggestions about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without any obligation to you.
PingXO facilitates anonymous communication between users. You understand and agree that:
Important: Anonymity on PingXO does not shield you from legal consequences for content that violates the law. Using our platform to harass or threaten someone is illegal and we will cooperate with authorities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to users, third parties, or the integrity of the platform.
You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Upon deletion, your profile and associated data will be removed within 30 days, subject to our data retention obligations.
Termination does not limit any other remedies we may have at law or in equity.
PingXO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PingXO and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
We are not responsible for content sent by users through the platform. We provide tools to report and remove harmful content but cannot guarantee that all harmful content will be detected or removed promptly.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PingXO shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
If you are accessing PingXO from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent they apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via the app or email.
Your continued use of PingXO after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using PingXO and delete your account.
